1、
With the Nintendo Switch's launch only a week away, we're faced with some disappointing news as the Virtual Console won't be launching alongside it.

Nintendo does like to keep things under wraps, but I don't reckon many folks will be surprised by the fact that we'll still have to wait a while yet to delve into those classic titles. Sorry, chaps.

In a press release received today, the company said: "Virtual Console games will not be available on Nintendo Switch at launch. We will share more information in the future." The question is, how long will players have to wait?

After a somewhat sparse launch selection, the Virtual Console was an excellent chance for Nintendo to patch a few holes by ramping up the nostalgia factor. Though, I guess most people might be so engrossed in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild that they might not be that bothered.

What do you guys think? Are you disappointed that the Virtual Console won't be touching down next week? Let us know below.

1、
Following hot on the heels of its cracking Easter event, Joycity’s The War of Genesis received another update on April 29. That means more content for you airship captains to navigate. So what can you look forward to?

2、
We all know how close Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is to dropping and to celebrate, Nintendo launched a new trailer yesterday. Awesome as it is on its own, the internet is a marvellous place sometimes and, well, the trailer needed some music.

Rogue Wizards is doing a lot of things. Namely, combining town building and dungeon crawling into one big mish-mash game.

Rogue Wizards places you as the wizard assigned to vanquish the mysterious portals and the accursed dungeons in order to rid the world of dark magic.

But you do, at least, get to build out your own Wizard Tower while doing this. It should be homely, a pleasant place to hang your wand after a hard day's work of monster slaying, right?

Wrong. Your Wizard Tower gets surrounded by a thriving town where you can upgrade your spells, craft new gear, and recruit a pair of helping hands.

To be fair, you'll probably need it in order to get through the randomly generated dungeons, taking out the evil minions that lie in wait.

There's plenty of time to rest after you've saved the world.

Aside from all this dynamic interplay going on, Rogue Wizards has a couple of other things going for it.

Firstly, take a look at its art style. It's rich in detail and color while having a friendly cartoon look to it.

The second thing is the praise it's already received from the creators of Diablo, Torchlight, Left 4 Dead, and Marvel Heroes. For instance, David Brevik, creator of Diablo, called Rogue Wizards "one of the most promising RPGs in years." Which might be a bit overstated, but there it is, he apparently said it.

Anyway, I'm telling you about the game now as it's currently on Kickstarter. Spellbind Studios is looking for $70,000 in crowdfunding for work on the game's artwork, new levels, items, monsters, audio, and game modes.

The base of the game is already in place, you see, so at least that much is put together.

Spellbind hopes to have Rogue Wizards finished and ready for a release in March 2016 on iOS, Android, and PC.

If you'd like to put your dosh towards that then you can secure yourself a copy of the game for $15, but only for Windows and Mac.

If you can't afford to put money forward yourself but want to support the game then consider spreading word of its Kickstarter as far as you can.
