2、
Valve teased its latest game, a TCG, a while back and the reception was mild after everyone expected another entry in Valve's portfolio of legendary titles.

Still, Artifact is more interesting that that and at a preview event earlier this week, they delivered a lot of information.

The most important piece is that the game's actually designed by Richard Garfield, known for Magic: The Gathering. As you can imagine, that's quite the name to put forward on a card game. Artifact is furthermore, and quite surprisingly, a paid app as Valve wants to avoid any kind of buy-to-win scenario.

Artifact is based on DOTA and features a lane-based gameplay that should be familiar to those who've played it. This is quite novel in a card game though and should open plenty of strategic opportunities. Creeps will spawn in each lane and you'll have towers to defend or attack. The idea is if your tower is defeated, an ancient will spawn there. If he dies, it's game over.

You'll switch between lane after each round, meaning that you'll have to plan quite far ahead.

This is the first time that we'll see the Source 2 in action on mobile but we'll have to wait quite a bit as it isn't scheduled to release until mid-2019 on Android and iOS tablets.

Still, seing Valve making games again is great and we can only hope that's just the start.
SourceRovercraft 2(A lot of energy)
3、A MAN came into a forest and asked the Trees to provide him a handle for his axe. The Trees consented to his request and gave him a young ash-tree. No sooner had the man fitted a new handle to his axe from it, than he began to use it and quickly felled with his strokes the noblest giants of the forest. An old oak, lamenting when too late the destruction of his companions, said to a neighboring cedar, "The first step has lost us all. If we had not given up the rights of the ash, we might yet have retained our own privileges and have stood for ages."

-
Owing to the EU's Consumer Rights Directive, Apple has changed its terms and conditions to state that customers who download content from iTunes, iBooks, and the App Store can request a refund up to a fortnight after making the order.

“If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your receipt without giving any reason, except iTunes Gifts which cannot be refunded once you have redeemed the code.”

Unsurprisingly, Apple didn't issue a press release to herald this change, but the eagle-eyed T&C fans at iFun.de spotted the new wording and raised the alarm.

It's difficult to know exactly what this new state of affairs will mean in practice, but in principle you can, at the very least, buy a game to see what it's like before requesting a refund if it's not your cup of tea.

How far you can take this is unclear, but I imagine if you wait two weeks to claim your refund and in the meantime nab all the achievements and crush the highscore table on Game Center Apple will have very reasonable grounds to refuse your refund.

And you will go to hell.

This is the second time in recent months that Apple has been forced to make changes to the way it does business because of an EU diktat - in November it altered the wording for the download button on all free games containing IAPs from 'Free' to 'Get'.
CNET!
